The stockings are hung, the sleigh bells are ringing, and the drinks are pouring, Wrigleyville Wonderland is back! This holiday season, Wrigleyville is transforming into the North Pole with over 25 Holiday-themed bars. These pop-ups did much more than deck the halls, they’ve decorated every square inch of their spaces to bring holiday joy to even the grouchiest of grinches. The best part is- all these bars are walking distance from each other! Bounce from bar to bar and spread Holiday cheer! Meet the pop-ups, and start planning your trip to Wrigley Wonderland. Eat, drink, and be merry in Chicago’s most festive neighborhood.

8 Crazy Nights
Running from November 21 – January 10
At The Graystone Tavern, 3441 N Sheffield
The 8 Crazy Nights pop-up bar running through Jan. 8 features more than 14,000 white and ball lanterns hanging from the ceiling, an 8-foot-inflatable dreidel, a Hanukkah sweater wall and more festive decor. A special menu offers matzo ball soup, latkes, brisket, and rum-infused jelly doughnuts, plus themed cocktails such as the Gelt Martini. Revelers can also spin dreidel and play Connect 4 with Hanukkah gelt.
A Bear-y Cubbie Christmas

Rooted in the charm of the neighborhood and inspired by a lifelong love of the Chicago Cubs, this new seeks to build a true neighborhood hub, one that honors the Cubs’ century-long legacy in Wrigleyville. While their “away bar” thrives just across the street, this space celebrates the feeling of being home.

As far as the menu goes, prepare to sip on Christmas cocktails, Hot Chocolate & Cider, the Polar Espresso Martini Menu & Insane Milkshakes like the Grinchmas Mint Chocolate Chip Shake. Santa’s Jingle Mingle

Hacienda D Suarez is getting a holiday glow-up as it transforms into Santa’s Jingle Mingle, a festive pop-up bringing merry vibes, twinkly décor, and holiday cheer to Lakeview East. Expect a fun, high-energy atmosphere filled with seasonal spirit, cozy touches, and plenty of reasons to gather with friends. Whether you’re stopping in to kick off a night out or looking for a cheerful spot to celebrate the season, Santa’s Jingle Mingle is all about good times, good company, and spreading a little extra joy around the neighborhood.

Adorned with twinkling lights, dazzling decorations, and the warm ambiance of holiday classics, this pop-up is perfect for spreading cheer with friends and family. SANNNTAAA! Inspired by the Christmas Classic Elf (2003) Stretch Chicago looks like a Hollywood movie set. Elf décor hangs from the ceiling, elf mugs are available to sip out of, and cardboard cutouts from the movie are all around to take photos with! Buddy’s breakfast pasta is on the menu, you know, spaghetti with mini marshmallows, M&Ms, rainbow sprinkles, and garnished with chocolate syrup? It has all four major food groups! It’s also been rumored that Buddy the Elf hangs around and can often be found smiling, it’s his favorite!

Holiday Honky Tonk

Equal parts Nashville nightlife with a holiday sparkle, Big Star’s Holiday Honky Tonk invites guests to sip, sing, and two-step their way through the season. The menu features festive spins on Big Star favorites, including Smokey Brisket Nachos piled high with beef brisket, nacho cheese, salsa seca, black beans, and guacamole, plus the Brisket Taco, topped with smoked beef, crema, and red chili coleslaw. Guests can also dig into the Cowpoke Chili Walking Taco, a hearty mix of Fritos corn chips, black bean chili, and Chihuahua cheese — perfect for keeping spirits (and hands) warm. Behind the bar, the team will be shaking up a spirited lineup of seasonal cocktails. Try the Rhinestone Rita, Big Star’s signature margarita with a glittery Prickly Pear twist, or cozy up with the Winter Old Fashioned, featuring bourbon and apple cider syrup. For something a little extra festive, there’s the Mint Espresso Martini with a candy cane rim, the warming Warm Mittens made with bourbon, lemon, and cinnamon honey, and the effervescent Spaghett, blending Aperol, High Life, and cranberry.

Rooted in German tradition, the Christkindlmarket is well known for its traditional candy cane-striped wooden huts, festive shopping options, international delicacies, hot spiced wine (Glühwein), fine beers, hand-crafted ornaments, and family fun.
