Deuce’s is creepin’ it real this October. For the first time ever, visit Nightmare on Clark Street, a haunted house located on the second floor of your favorite decked out bar! Recover from being spooked with dinner and themed drinks! In true Deuce’s fashion, they’ve decorated the entire restaurant and bar from head to toe. Skeletons are hanging off the wall, pumpkins are at every corner, and ghouls greet you at the door. Potions are garnished with eyeballs, spiders, and some even smoke. This Halloween lover’s paradise is what nightmares are made of.
It’s baaaack. Rizzo’s Bar and Inn has turned into a completely unrecognizable house of horrors in honor of the holiday. Opening day is this Friday night, you are invited to check out the Sweet Dreams Halloween Experience if you dare. This fanciful nightmare comes to life, is a creepy fragment of a macabre world; where 20 classic horror movies all collide. From Elm Street to Silent Hill and from Killer Klowns to Zombie Land…this vibrant collusion of fun and fright will keep you entertained every inch of the way! Freddy, Jason, Leatherface, and IT…will all be joining us and we promise to produce some of the most epic Halloween scenes and social moments ever! So get those cameras ready! This one of a kind Halloween pop-up will be a scream for all ages.

Northhalsted is throwing the 25th Annual Haunted Halsted Halloween Parade! It’s taking place ON Halloween, and admission is free for all! The parade Kickoff will be at Halsted & Belmont at 7:30 pm and ends at Halsted & Brompton at 8 pm. Don’t worry, the fun will go on until 10 pm. Blue Man Group Chicago will celebrate the spookiest season of the year by hosting two special Halloween-themed performances at the Briar Street Theatre on Saturday, October 29 at 2 p.m. and Sunday, October 30 at 1 p.m.
Each scary-fun performance will feature pre-show face painting in the theater lobby, Halloween-inspired surprises during the show, and celebratory goodie bags for all children who arrive in costume. After the performance, audience members will be invited to the theater lobby for photo opportunities with the Blue Men.
During both Halloween shows, cash donations will be collected on-site for After School Matters, a non-profit organization that provides Chicago teens the opportunity to explore their passions and develop their talents through free after-school and summer programs across the city.
