Flow with local studio Five Keys Yoga Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. Start your day off right with breath, music, and energizing yoga flow. All levels are welcome!

A few things to know:

  • All participants must fill out a fitness waiver in advance through the website or on site. You only have to fill it out once and it’s good all summer, for any class!
  • Bring your own yoga mat and water. Sweat towel optional. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.
  • Please arrive early to allow time to check in and set up.
  • In case of inclement weather, check the Gallgher Way Facebook and Instagram for updates.
