Start your week off right with Movement Gyms and fuel your midweek momentum with Movement Gyms on Mondays and CrossTown Fitness. HIIT classes on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7 to 8 a.m. at Gallagher Way will revitalize your body and mind. Experience outdoor exercise as Gallagher Way transforms into your fitness space, where intense interval training will boost your cardio endurance and help sculpt your muscles.

A few things to know:

  • All participants must fill out a fitness waiver in advance through the website or on site. You only have to fill it out once and it’s good all summer, for any class!
  • Bring your own water bottle, sweat towel optional. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. No equipment required.
  • Please arrive early to allow time to check in and set up.
